Wal-Mart Stores INC. quarterly pays bonuses to store staff for improving quality of customer service. In the second quarter of this year, these bonuses reached 200 million dollars – AmericaRU reports.
In total, 932 thousand store employees obtained this award. In the second quarter, the number of awarded employees was 880 thousand. The average bonus per each person was 220 dollars. The quarterly bonuses can make up to 5% from the total annual income of a store employee.
Wal-Mart is the largest private employer in the United States. Its staff has 1.5 employees, including personnel, managers and truck drivers. The awards significantly influence the quality of customer service, according to the representatives of the company.
