Bill was submitted to CMU for consideration
The Ministry of Justice of Ukraine developed and submitted to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine the Law "On Amending Certain Laws of Ukraine to provide information on state registration of rights and complications on the State Register of Rights to Immovable Property", the press service of the Ministry of Justice informs.
So far, notaries could provide excerpts only in cases of notarial acts. The bill will remove these restrictions and notary at the request of citizen will be able to provide any excerpt, not associating it with notarial acts.
"Registration services will be accessible to the public, and most people will be able to choose where they get the following extracts better and more comfortable: from notary or public registrar", - commented the proposed legislative changes the Minister of Justice of Ukraine Olena Lukash.
According to the Minister, expansion of providers of such services will help relieve a sensation, which is observed in registries.
