Olena Lukash signed the Order
Minister of Justice of Ukraine Olena Lukash signed an Order to amend the Decree of MinJustice "On approval of decisions of the state registrar of real estate rights and requirements for their formation", whereby the state registrar shall give an exhaustive list of reasons that caused failure in state registration of rights on immovable property and complications, the press service of the Ministry of Justice informs.
"The state registrar is obliged to inform on comprehensive grounds for refusal in registration of rights for citizen. Population receives information on all the circumstances of failure, thereby reducing the number of repeat visits to registries", - said Elena Lucas.
According to her, so that will put an end to officials who could arbitrarily deny citizens to register.
This will save people’s money because they do not have to make an appeal every time to the registrar to pay for their services.
Exhaustive list of grounds for refusal of registration is defined by the Law of Ukraine "On State Registration of Rights to Immovable Property and Complications".
Justice Minister warned of personal responsibility for state registrars on their obligation to indicate an exhaustive list of grounds for refusal to register.
