In Poltava region an underground mini-plant of scale production of fuels and lubricants was detected
Mini Plant, which operated on the edge of one of regional centers of Poltava region, was found by staff of Minincomes in the region during investigative and operational activities in the framework of criminal proceedings on grounds of art.204 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (illegal manufacture, possession, sale or transport for sale of excisable goods).
High fence that protected the land, safely concealed from prying eyes an industrial complex: structure, installation of pumping gas condensate, ground and underground tanks for storage of fuels and lubricants, equipped with special mechanisms.
Organizers of such profitable business certainly could not provide the employees of Minincomes with permits and title documents which would certify the legality of this group of excisable goods.
Clients of mini-plant were companies from different regions of Ukraine. Illegally manufactured fuels and lubricants in wholesale quantities were shipped and exported in freight with tankers.
During a conducted search they revealed and seized more than 45 tons of oil and gas condensate mixture, which served as raw material for production, oil storage tanks, and other equipment. The total value of seized inventory is 450 thousand UAH.
Currently an expert study of samples of seized fuel and lubricants is in progress.
