Realtor services remain popular
YTD (as of 12 August) almost 4000 (3974) entities with real estate transactions as the main type of activities registered in Ukraine. This number includes 1427 businesses and 2547 individual entrepreneurs, the press service of the State Registration Service informs.
«The most popular line of work among these business entities is leasing and operating of own or leased real estate. This activity is declared by 1 004 legal entities and 2004 individual entrepreneurs. The second most popular activity is opening estate agencies. From the beginning of the year there appeared 609 of those, including 139 corporate and 470 individual entrepreneurs in Ukraine», Director of State Registration of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs Oleksandr Barbeliuk said.
The third place belongs to real estate management for a fee or on the contract basis with 39 businesses and 133 individual entrepreneurs operating in this field.
It should be noted that since the beginning of this year (as of 12 August) 29,347 legal entities and 99,835 individual entrepreneurs have been registered in Ukraine.
