Inspection of state bodies for state registration also started
In the first half of 2013 the Ministry of Justice held legal examination of 1200 normative legal acts, based on which it was decided to have state registration of 1200 normative legal acts, which resulted in the decision of registration 1102 normative legal acts, return 94 normative legal acts without state registration for completion, refuse in state registration 1 act, 3 were recognized as not subject to state registration, the press service of the Ministry of Justice informs.
In July, the Ministry conducted a legal examination of 206 normative legal acts. According to its results it was decided on state registration of 186 normative legal acts, while 18 were returned without state registration for completion, and 2 were recognized as such that are not subject to state registration. In addition, under the authority of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine state bodies are also checked for compliance with laws on state registration.
Last week inspections of compliance with the legislation on state registration of normative legal acts started at the State Nuclear Regulatory Inspectorate, Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry, the Pension Fund, the Foreign Intelligence Service, the Office of State Security, the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the National Council on Television and radio.
