Order №592/7
In order to strengthen control in the field of arbitration managers (Asset managers and liquidators) Order «On Amendments to Order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of 21 June 2013 № 592/7» introduces changes to the Disciplinary Commission of arbitration managers (Asset managers and liquidators), according to which the Minister of Justice Olena Lukash was appointed the head of the Disciplinary Committee, the press service of the Ministry of Justice reports.
Qualifications Commission of arbitration managers (Asset managers and liquidators) and the Commission for assigning qualification levels to arbitration managers (asset managers and liquidators), in accordance with other legal documents, are also headed by the Justice Minister.
Enhanced control is due to objective reasons: frequent complaints against certain arbitration managers (asset managers and liquidators) from the public, particularly on issues back pay of wages of bankrupt enterprises.
