National Securities and Stock Exchange Commission signed a bilateral memorandum of understanding and information exchange with the Commission on Securities Regulation of the People's Republic of China, the agency’s press service informs.
The signing of the memorandum will allow us to work more closely with the regulator of the securities market in China. I am sure that now between our regulators we establish a unified system of exchange of professional experiences and information that will help the functioning of our markets. I hope that this mutual understanding between the two countries will promote creation of new international projects. In addition, the Ukrainian regulator is always open and ready for productive and efficient work with regulators of other countries, D. Teveliev stressed.
The document regulates the powers of the parties, under which the regulators will give each other replies to requests for information, receive information about the offense and shall exchange methodological advice in the legislation on securities and stock market.
This year the Commission signed a memorandum of cooperation with the securities market regulators of Egypt and Belarus. In addition, the current Ukrainian regulator is about to sign memorandums regulatory agencies in Azerbaijan and Jordan.
