Constitutional Court of Ukraine welcomes new staff
President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych has accepted the resignation of Judge Volodymyr Kampo, who has turned 65, and by the Presidential decree dismissed him as a judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine.
According to another Presidential decree Oleksandr Volodymyrovych Kasminin is appointed Judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine. Judge O.V. Kasminin graduated from the Kharkiv Law F.Dzerzhynsky Institute. Prior to his appointment as the judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine 47-year-old O. Kasminin served as a judge Dykanka District Court of the Poltava region, judge of the Poltava oblast court; 2002-2006 he was head of the Council of the courts of Poltava region and served as Chief Judge of Poltava region.
