In 2016, Ukraine ranked fourth in the world in terms of the LPG equipment, according to LPG’s annual report, ET reports quoting Nefterynok.
According to the association, as of late 2016, in Ukraine there were 2.25 mln automobiles, which use LPG as the motor fuel or about 9% of the global carpark.
The report says that in 2016, Turkey, where about 4.44 mln cars, using LPG, are registered, remains the world’s largest market in terms of the number of cars, using LPG.
Russia ranks the second – 3 mln. Finally, Poland, where there are almost 2.98 mln cars, using LPG, is the third leader.
As of early 2017, there are a total of 26.8 mln cars, using LPG as fuel, in the world or about 9% of the global carpark.
