Construction of adminbuildings in Druzhby Narodiv Blvd. planned
Construction of an administrative complex where it is planned to locate Supreme economic and administrative courts of Ukraine may start in October, at the intersection of Druzhby Narodiv Blvd. and Staronavodnytska st. next to the Zverynets cemetery. The project has already been approved by the Cabinet of Ministers, the newspaper Segodnia writes.
Architects plan to build an ensemble of several tall buildings up to 14 floors, which will form the site of Heroes of World War II square (in the Staronavodnytska street and Druzhby Narodiv Blvd). The facade of the main building and its front square will face the Dnieper. Access roads will run from the Paton bridge, forming kind of «Pechersky gates».
Both courts will occupy a 10-14 storey building and two 10-storey buildings along Staronavodnytska str. The complex also features four-level parking, parking underground, conference hall for 650 seats and public catering. The total area will take 4.3 hectares.
It is expected that the complex with total area of 106 thousand square meters will be workplace for 1572 employees; the parking capacity is 559 cars. Construction is expected to finish in 2019.
According to calculations by the Cabinet of Ministers, the construction will cost .5 billion UAH.
