The bilateral trade between Ukraine and Germany for 9 months of 2017 increased by 27% versus the same period of 2016, and the total turnover was almost USD 6.6 bln.
As of October 2017, Germany invested USD 1.8 bln in Ukraine’s economy, out of which USD 1.1 bln are the investment in the industry, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade (MEDT) reported in Facebook, Correspondent.net reports.
It is noted that the production of car parts and components was the most popular direction for German investments in Ukraine, where about 3,000 jobs were already created, and only for the last year, their number increased by 2,000.

The electrical cars, oilseeds and oleaginous products, ore, wood and metal products are the most popular export goods.
