The National Corruption Prevention Agency will deliver seven opinions on the former directors of the State Fiscal Service, who did not submit declarations after dismissal, NCPA’s press office reports.
It is reported that when checking the timeliness of submission of declarations, the National Agency established that the former officials of SFS as well as district inspections of the State Fiscal Service did not submit declarations after dismissal (art. 366-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
NCPA reports that they reminded the officials about the need in declaring their revenues within ten days, as stipulated by the legislation.
However, the officials did not their declarations, as well as did not report the reason for such action.
The agency adds that the opinions on the said persons will be submitted to the National Police for pretrial investigation.
