Ukraine may introduce the electronic real estate appraisal .
The State Property Fund of Ukraine developed the draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers, according to which it will technically modernize the unified base of these appraisal reports and will introduce the module of electronic determination of appraisal value, SPFU’s press office reports, Finance.ua reports quoting UBR.
The unfair appraisers will no more be able to intentionally decrease the cost of real estate and automatically reduce the tax amount.
As of today, the country’s budget does not receive almost 2 bln hryvnias of tax from such actions.
“The module was developed for checking the cost of tax objects in order to exclude the decrease of the cost of the real estate. Consequently, after introducing the information system with the use of the module of the unified base of these appraisal reports, the reports, in which the cost of real estate will be lower than the lower limit of the range, designed by using the module, are not accepted. ”, according to the fund.
For determining the objective cost of the property, only Kyiv will be divided into more than 300 sectors, taking into account the proximity to the center, metro station, year of commissioning and other factors, influencing the cost of real estate.
