The national joint stock company “Naftogaz of Ukraine” plans to relocate its head office due to conducted repair works, according to the company’s documents for bidding for office lease in Kyiv, Ukrainian News reports.
It is noted that the current administrative building of the company, located at 6 Bogdan Khmelnytsky Str., is in critical condition and requires a capital repair.
It is expected that except for the employees of parent company, the leased offices will also accommodate the employees of the state gas production company “Ukrgasdobycha” and other subsidiary companies that should simplify interaction between divisions.
Naftogaz is interested in concluding the agreement for three years with the right of prolongation.
The main requirements to leased offices: standalone building or area in the office center in a normal technical condition; location with 15-minute drive from governmental quarter and 10-minute walk from metro; total area – up to 12 ths sq. m.; presence of communication networks, possibility of installation of the dedicated secure line.
