Dragon Capital Investments Limited, which belongs to Dragon Capital Group, closed a transaction on acquiring Eco Tower in Zaporizhzhya from Austria’s Conwert Group, the press office of Ukrainian investment company reports.
The transaction value is not revealed.
Eco Tower is the largest A Class business center in Zaporizhzhya with total area of 17 ths sq.m. The business center was built in 2011, has 19 floors and 2 levels of underground parking for 92 cars and is in the city center.

These investments illustrate our confidence in stability and business potential of not only Kyiv and Kyiv region, but also key economic regional centers of the country, one of which is Zaporizhzhya”, CEO of Dragon Capital Tomas Fiala noted.
Dragon Capital was founded in 2000 and is one of the largest companies on the investment market of Ukraine. It deals with direct investments and financial services, provides a full range of investment, banking and broker services for corporate and private clients. The financial beneficiary is Tomas Fiala, the citizen of Czech Republic and president of the European Business Association (EBA).
Within the last two years, the company significantly
increased Ukraine’s commercial property portfolio, in particular - Victoria Gardens TEC in Lviv (48.2 ths sq. m), Piramida TC in Kyiv, East Gate Logistic (Boryspil), West Gate Logistic (Stoyanka), warehouse complex in Bucha, the business centers Prime and Eurasia in Kyiv.
