The Ukrainian parliamentarians have supported, at first reading and in whole, draft law No.1086 On Changes to the Law of Ukraine on mandatory pension insurance (as regards improvement of the pension scheme). 256 out of 226 parliamentarians (minimum votes required) voted for the said decision, RBK-Ukraine (РБК-Украина) reports.
As has been said by Yury Shukhevich, MP of Oleg Liashko Radical Party, this law allows to enter an amendment to the enactment regulating the national mandatory pension insurance, and allows women to retire at age of 55, until 2022, provided that they have 30-years’ pensionable service, and discharged from employment.
“This law gives an opportunity to the Ukrainian women, until 2022, to retire being 55 years old if they have received 30 years of reckonable service, and dismissed. Please vote for this law”, - said Shukhevich.
Additionally, until 2022, it is advisable to extend the right for employment reference providing the information for any period of work.
