The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has created the University of State Fiscal Service. This is evidenced by the resolution №1184 dd. November 11, published on the governmental portal, RBC-Ukraine reports.
Consequently, the Cabinet of Ministers agreed with the proposal of the Ministry of Education and Science and the Fiscal Service on creation of the University of the Fiscal Service, reorganizing through a merger National University of State Tax Service, State Research Institute of Customs Affairs and Research Institute of Financial Law.
The new university has been referred by the government to the management of Fiscal Service.
According to the resolution, the reorganization of these institutions is carried out within limits of budgetary allocations, envisaged by SFS.
It is noted that the students of National University of State Tax Service will continue studies at University of State Fiscal Service.
By the document the Cabinet of Ministers assigned SFS to approve the statute, structure and staff list of the new institution and to implement other measures on material, technical and staffing support within two months.
