Starting 1 July 2013 the functions of registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs pass to the State Registration Service
«Today we are making a very important step towards introduction of uniform standards of business registration in our state, with appropriate quality control of civil registrars and registration terms. I want to emphasize that the transfer functions of business registration to the State Registration Service will be most convenient for all business entities. Most public registrars are located in the same premises where people usually found them earlier. However, at the same time during next two or three months we will look for new, more suitable facilities for registrars. In addition, we will work to improve the inventory, because this affects, first of all, the quality and speed of service, as well as introduce new convenient services» said Head of State Registration Service Dmytro Vorona.
In addition, the official stated that since the beginning of the year more than 100 thousand business entities were registered in Ukraine. Also, today a business can be registered via the Internet.
«There is a special registration web portal that lets every person with a digital signature key to register their business through the Internet», said Dmytro Vorona.
