Order of the Ministry of Finance from 06.26.2013, № 611
MOF with Order from 26.06.2013, № 611 approved:
1. Chart of Accounts for budgetary institutions;
2. Terms of accounting of fixed assets for budgetary institutions;
3. Terms of accounting of financial investment for budget institutions.
Chart of Accounts defines composition of accounts and sub-accounts that are used by budget institutions.
Budgetary institutions can introduce new sub-accounts (accounts of second, third order) with preservation codes (numbers) of this sub- accounts plan.
Terms of accounting of fixed assets for budgetary institutions defines methodological principles of formation of accounting information on fixed assets, other non-tangible assets, intangible assets and capital construction in progress.
Accounting for fixed assets is in UAH with kopecks. Total amount of kopecks paid for acquisition of fixed assets is related to actual expenditures of institution.
The amount of VAT payable on receipt (purchase) of fixed assets, are not included in the cost of fixed assets and related to actual expenditures by the code of economic classification of budget that is intended for purchase of these assets, or relating to tax credit.
Taxes and fees, other services and other expenses paid in acquisition do not increase the value of fixed assets and are related to actual expenditures of institution.
