Stock indexes rose
On Friday, January 10, major European stock indexes rose. It is reported by Bloomberg.
British Stock Exchange Index (FTSE 100) rose 0.73%;
The German stock index (DAX) rose by 0.55%;
French Stock Index (CAC 40) increased by 0.60%;
Spain's key stock index (IBEX) rose by 0.55%;
Italy's stock index (FTSE MIB) increased by 0.34%.
European stocks rose after the decision of the head of the European Central Bank, Mario Draghi, not to raise interest rates. Draghi said the bank is ready to adapt its monetary policy in order to assist the economic recovery in the euro area.
