G-7 leaders have spoken out in support of energy reforms in Ukraine, according to the final declaration.
“We highly appreciate the policy of reforms of the energy sector of Ukraine and expect for further cooperation with gas transport companies of this country”, as it is said in the declaration.
G-7 also confirmed the intention to provide support to Ukraine on the problems, related to Chornobyl APS.
“We confirm our commitment to making joint efforts with Ukraine in order to ensure stable and environmentally safe condition of Chornobyl APS 30 years later after the disaster”, - as it is said in the declaration.
