The Polish promise to reimburse losses from food import embargo from RF, Huns reports.
The European Commission is working on the new Ukraine’s aid program – Marshal of the Sejm Stanislav Korchevskii said during the Interparliamentary Ukrainian-Polish-Lithuanian Assembly session in Kyiv. This is a response to Russia’s imposition of trade sanctions against Ukraine, he explained. One of elements of the new program will be trade preferences, in particular, additional quotas for duty-free import of agricultural products to EU.
Meanwhile, in April the Ministry of Agroindustrial Complex claimed that Ukraine fully exhausted its quota for 2016 for the duty-free supplies to EU countries of grape and apple juices, processed tomatoes, corn, honey, sugar and barley.
As Ex-Minister Pavlenko previously specified, this year versus 2015 the specified quota for sugar was fully used in the first quarter.
