The U.S. Court of Appeal passed judgment, which continues halting the order of President Donald Trump regarding the temporary ban on entrance for the citizens of six countries from mainly Muslim countries, according to the judgments, Ukrainian News reports.
The session was held on Monday in the San Francisco District Court of Appeal.
“We came to the conclusion that when issuing this order, the President abused his powers, delegated to him by the Congress. The President did not provide necessary conditions for realization of delegated powers in the clauses on the suspension of entrance for more than 180 mln citizens from six countries, suspension of entrance for all refugees as well as reduction of the restriction for entrance of refugees from 110 ths to 50ths in 2017 FY”, the court reported.
In order the court changes its decision on the president’s order, the president should provide enough evidence that the entrance of certain category of people “will damage U.S. interests”.
As Ukrainian News reported, Trump suspended the entrance of refugees in order not to admit “radical Muslim terrorists” in the U.S.
