Reportedly, the new law establishes the standards of enforcing court orders concerning the deletion of such information: for example, if the administrators of resources refuse to voluntarily fulfill requirements on deleting information, then the bailiffs have the right to restrict access to such websites and collect the enforcement fee from them.
“The bailiff sends the requirement about blocking to Roscomnadzor during one working day after passing the judgment on blocking”, the message says.
The legislative regulation is enshrined in amendments to two RF laws. In early April, the group of State Duma deputies from the faction “United Russia” became its initiators, in the third reading it was approved on April 12. The Sovfed voted for this draft law on April 18.
