FBI will access data without warrant
U.S. Federal Court demanded of Google to disclose user data of the company's online services to FBI agents, without first obtaining a warrant, reports RBC.
Previously, Google tried to appeal against the Bureau’s demands to provide information and user data of Google Mail, Google Plus, and other services "in the interests of U.S. security "as unconstitutional".
However, the court rejected the Google's claim. Company representatives said they are going to appeal this decision.
Also, the FBI plans to sue Google for non-cooperation with the investigation.
