The citizens of Ukraine filed more than 2,000 individual complaints about the Russian Federation to the European Court of Human Rights, Minister of Justice of Ukraine Pavel Petrenko said during the question hour on Friday, October 7, Correspondent reports.
The Minister reminded that the department, headed by him within the free legal assistance system, created the project, which helps Ukrainians to “file individual complaints against the Russian aggressor”.
As a result, according to Petrenko, more than two thousand such complaints are already in ECHR. The Minister promises to further provide legal assistance in any of these cases.
