Now it is possible to complain about the authorities from your mobile
From 1 August free app for iOS and Android will be launched, allowing users to send complaints or thanks 24/7 to the common municipal system of working with citizens, announced the press service of KCSA.
This was announced during an extended meeting of the Board of Kyiv City State Administration by KCSA Deputy Chairman, Chief of Staff Oleksandr Puzanov.
«Smartphone app is the next step bringing closer the community and Kyiv authorities. This is a very powerful mechanism for Kyivans to exercise control over officials. In August every citizen with a modern phone, who saw, for example, illegally installed kiosk or a hole in the road, will be able to photograph violations on their cameraphone, and promptly direct a complaint. And thanks to geotagging the object will be located on the map,» said Oleksandr Puzanov.
Puzanov added that he expects that launch of the mobile app will significantly increase the number of appeals and improve the feedback between the public and the Administration.
To use the application, the user will only need to sign up once and enter their data, all subsequent loggging on will be done automatically.
