The Kyiv team launches a TurboHiring project. It is the online form for headhunting IT specialists in Ukraine. The project is in beta now and is operating only with LinkedIn, according to AIN.UA materials.

Now, the project team is only three people, and the startup is several months old. The idea of the project belongs to the developer Yurii Herasimov, it was formed on the necessity to find the programmer in the team, and the LinkedIn could not help with it fully.

The service takes information about candidates for search and retrieval from LinkedIn, but, in the future, the team plans to add other sources. According to founders, currently, the project base contains about 62,703 IT specialists from Ukraine. “If we rely on DOU report, it is 60% of the total IT market of Ukraine”, the project’s cofounder Alexander Bublienko said.

You need to register to headhunt candidates in TurboHiring, you may search for up to three candidates free of charge to see all the results, you need to pay monthly subscription, amounting to UAH 500.

The search through this service differs from manual by the reason that you may filter our recruiters by keywords. There are filters by location. “In LinkedIn, it is the problem place, there few people directly indicate its location”, Alexander said. There is the filter by experience (It operates for premium accounts of the network, but, according to startup founders, it is more expensive). TurboHiring plugin for Chrome collects all available contacts of the candidate on his LinkedIn page irrespective of the network of acquaintance.
