The journal New Time jointly with MPP Consulting compiled the ranking of TOP100 of the most expensive national trademarks.
The aggregate cost of this 100 does not reach USD 5.5 bln a little bit.
НВ has the top ten of the ranking.
Morshinska, the cost of which is estimated at USD 507 mln, ranks top. Sandora, one more representative of the beer soft drinks industry, the cost of which is estimated at USD 312 mln, ranked the second. And Roshen (USD 274 mln) ranks third in top ten richest trademarks in Ukraine.
The top ten also includes: Nemiroff ($255 mln), Nova Poshta ($218 млн), PrivatBank ($211), Khortytsia ($203), Rozetka ($179 mln), Kyivstar ($168 mln) and Obolon ($162 mln).
How it was estimated: The cost of each brand was estimated by MPP Consulting. The methodology of evaluation is based on the financial results of companies – owners of trademarks as well as the factors, which may influence the cost of the brand: geographical positions of sales, technological component, output products as well as the investment attractiveness of the industry.
