Bank was accused of inflating prices
JPMorgan Chase Bank will pay $410 million fine for manipulating electricity prices in California and the Midwest of United States, the BBC writes.
The government conducted an antitrust investigation and found that the bank inflated electricity prices in California from September 2010 to June 2011, and in the Midwest - from October 2010 to May 2011.
Also for next 3 years, JPMorgan Chase will report to the Federal Commission for Regulation of Energy on its activities.
