Mindohodiv interested in electronization of administrative services
Ukraine is going to study Estonian experience in implementing e-services for taxpayers and innovations in online information sharing during customs clearance. This was stated by the Minister of Revenue and Duties of Ukraine Oleksandr Klimenko at the meeting with Prime Minister of Estonia Andrus Ansip, reports the authority’s press-service.
According to Mr. Klymenko, today over 98% Ukrainian taxpayers report electronically. The total number of electronic customs declarations increased considerably: from 2% in January 2012 to 78% in March 2013. In order to promote electronic services among taxpayers, the Ministry made available free e-signature in its service centers.
The official showed interest in monitoring the pilot project of transborder cooperation between Estonia and Russia, aimed at increasing the capacity of customs points Koydula and Kunichina Gora through advance booking time crossing through a special electronic system.
