Ernst&Young Audit Services has been announced the winner of the tender held by Ukrzaliznytsia on purchase of audit services according to the IFRS, the press-office of Ukrzaliznytsia reports.
Importantly, among the tender participants were two companies: Limited Liability Company Price WaterhouseCoopers (audit), the value of audit services was estimated to be 25 million hryvnias with VAT, and Ernst&Young Audit Services, which commercial proposal amounted to 19.8 million hryvnias with VAT.
The tender was aimed to select the applicant that can prepare the auditor’s report on integrity and fairness of the consolidated financial statements of Ukrzaliznytsia for 2014 and 2015, and interim concise financial reporting for the 1st half of 2015. Moreover, the auditor will check key performance indicators calculated by Ukrzaliznytsia, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the credit agreements concluded by the customer with resident banks, as of 31.12.2014, 30.06.2015, 31.12.2015.
