Company re-borrows $6.5 billion
Facebook unveiled $ 6.5 billion credit line for the closure of other loans, as reported by Bloomberg.
Reportedly, the funds will be used to close other two credit lines ($5 billion and $1.5 billion). The money financed the company’s placement of shares in 2012 (IPO).
The new five-year credit facility is opened at Libor+1%.
